You can change your password from a few different places:
- From the Website: www.nwtc.edu then go to Student Login or Faculty and Staff, and click the Forgot Password link.
- From Direct Link: https://pwd.nwtc.edu
- From Blackboard - Forgot Password link.
To change your password:
Go to: https://pwd.nwtc.edu, or one of the other ways listed above.
-Enter your NWTC ID.
-Enter your personal email address, or choose Text Message
-Enter the code you received on the website screen and click Validate Reset Code.
-Passwords must meet NWTC's password policy
- Minimum length of 8 characters
- Must contain 3 of the following
- Uppercase letter (A-Z)
- Lowercase letter (a-z)
- Number (0-9)
- Special symbol
- Cannot include your name or your NWTC ID, or Spring, Summer, Fall, Winter.
- Enter a new password not one of last 5 previously used
-An email confirmation will be sent to you confirming the password change.
Remember to keep a personal email address current in our system. A personal email address or phone number is required to change your password in the event that you are unable to access your account.
